Refund policy

Any products that are supplied in a damaged or imperfect state will be replaced, requested for return, or credited at the discretion of Boon Books and this will represent the extent of Boon Books' liability for the same. In order to register a claim for imperfect, damaged products or shortages the Customer should contact Boon Books within 5 working days of the products being received, in one of the following ways: Telephone on +44 (0)1444 411111, or E-mail to info@boonbooks.com. If the Customer does not contact Boon Books within those 5 days Boon Books will not be able to accept responsibility for the Customer’s damages/shortages. Products can be returned to Boon Books if appropriate, at Customers' cost, but should be received by Boon Books within 4 weeks of receipt by the Customer.
